So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints.(yes, we made cake balls instead of a cake)
Conference week is over. I met with 23 families to discuss assessments and behavior, strengths and weaknesses, and how to help 5 year olds learn at home.We also met with Jack's teacher. There is always a little anxiety.
The thing is, we are proud of Jack for the kid he is...I always said I wanted happy, healthy, and KIND, GOOD kids. And we have that.
The icing on the cake is that Jack is reading at a 6th grade level, with comprehension.
He is mastering his math facts.
His journal writing and creativity makes me smile.
On top of all that, he is a good friend to his classmates.
And those emotional meltdowns are almost non-existent in the classroom.
Whew.
He is my fingerprint, and not just on Friday.
