I have been wanting to post about Molly and her love
for blankets for a long time. It was going to be a
for blankets for a long time. It was going to be a
very sentimental post.
She has blankets from Nana (my mom)
and she has some very special blankets from my grandma,
Grandma Purple (Pearl).
Although Molly and grandma
never met,
(and she would've loved the fact that she has a great granddaughter!)Molly is wrapped with her love
every night as she cuddles her blankets
and all day when she drags them around.
and all day when she drags them around.
That was what the post was SUPPOSED to sound like.
But, with Molly, there is always a twist...
Today, as I was taking blankets
from the dryer...
Today, as I was taking blankets
from the dryer...
I walked away and came back to find this:
And there's my daughter,
under the toilet.
But...she has her blanket.
Which proves that Great Grandma Pearl
is around her all the time.
Silly baby girl...
Grandma Purple is smiling.

I can't wait to show this posting to Grandpa Red. He'll be tickled. Molly's love of the blankies makes me smile, no matter whose handiwork she's dragging around. They certainly have a calming effect on her, which we ALL can appreciate at times.
SOOO CUTE! I love it! That close up of Molly looking at the camera is amazing. I know you hear this a lot, but those eyes! Have you thought of modeling. I know it would be a bit of a pain, but it could help pay for college:)
O.K...a few have asked.
The deleted comment was some random one, left in a strange language I didn't recognize.
So, I deleted it..
:)
Awww how cute. She must love her blanket if she cuddles it on the bathroom floor :). It's funny how they get into blankets all of the sudden. Taylor loves hers too.
I love the pic of you and Grandma Purple. I am sure she smiles down from heaven often to see her beautiful great-granddaughter Molly and her awesome mom.
Of all the posts you've made here so far, that was the first to make me actually cry.
Jerk. ;)
It is awesome how much Molly looks like you!
