fingerprint friday

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of god.
When I look at you, I can see the fingerprints of god.
And I know its true.
You're a masterpiece, that all creation quietly applauds.
And you're covered with the fingerprints of god.

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints.

This may seem like a silly fingerprint to any non-teacher readers :)
BUT, it's that time of the year.

The graduation hats are made:
The bags are ready to collect Kindergarten treasures:
Soon, the room will be empty. And quiet.
(THAT is a fingerprint in itself. A quiet Kindergarten room? Imagine!)
But, in all seriousness, as hard as this year has been, I have 25 set of fingerprints to remind me why I do what I do everyday. And, as challenging as they are, and as exciting it is to start fresh, I will miss this group of kiddos.
I am thankful for my job and the kids who keep it exciting!

Looks like you will have a great celebration, and what a milestone for all the kiddos!

I sooo agree with you! I teach 1st grade & they leave fingerprints on my heart every year!! Children are amazing & have a wonderful sense of God. I teach at a private school so we share a lot during Religion class. Oh the things they teach me!!=)

And they are so lucky to have you Sara!! You love them and go the extra miles for them in ways that they see and do not see..in ways that show and in ways that no one ever knows!!
