Thanksgiving

We celebrated with a HUGE feast (100 pounds of turkey!) with lots of friends and family. The older cousins even got to take a swim...

There is a video link on here as well. Jack wanted to sing a Thanksgiving song before dinner. The lighting was really bad, but he sang his heart out.

Before his big moment, he turned to Jacob, and asked,

"Jacob, do you have a Thanksgiving song?"

When Jacob replied, "no"...Jack said,

"Well, you better start thinking of one now!"

Happy Thanksgiving...we are thankful for you!

Happy 50th!

Richman School celebrated it's 50th Anniversary with a 50's themed fall festival...Molly and I got dressed up to celebrate (Thanks, Nana!)

The babies hit the mall...

Our November playdate was at the mall. First the play area, then lunch!

Molly shows off her new shoes...

and then, gives Salvatore the eye... We love these playdates. But, it is getting harder to get a group shot, now that 4 out of 5 are mobile! The sign of a good day. Asleep by the time we got home, which is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks, Richman babies for a fun day!

It's All About Jack

Jack got to bring home a "project" this week.

the mall

Most people take their kids to the mall

to get pictures with Santa.

Not us.
We go to the mall to see the

Star Wars characters.

O.K...we did see Santa, too.

Molly was not very cooperative...

new shoes for Molly

(not because she needed them, but seriously,

how could I resist these?)

and new sheets for Jack.

Jack

Jack went to school "on his own" today...Ken dropped him off. I was curious to see how his day would go...

He came home, with a bunch of news...

"Some of my friends told me 'Welcome Back'"

"The letter of the week is T"

and, "Mom, it just wasn't the same without you there".

I (almost) felt better :)

sick baby, part 2

O.K...we had sick baby (Jack).

Then, we had sick Daddy.

And now, for the double feature:

we have sick baby AND sick Mommy.

Here's what I've learned...

sick babies only want their mommies.

Sick mommies don't want anyone.

(I called a sub for my class, but really

needed one here.)
