Fingerprint Friday- Flashback

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:

I can see the fingerprints of god
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of god
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds

And you're covered with the fingerprints of god

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them?
Be sure to check Pampering Beki's blog for more inspiration!
I have given my Steward grandparents a few shout outs on my blog.

I was looking in my iPhoto library for a good Fingerprint picture.
And for some reason I kept going back to this one.
This is MY mom and MY uncle.
It was a Christmas card photo
my grandparents sent out, in 1949.
I think, after looking at all my scanned "old" photos
(I scanned them all for my mom's surprise party
a few years ago),
that maybe I share the same love of photography
that my Grandma Dawson did
(and we both had some pretty cute kiddos!).
That is a fingerprint to me.

(and I love the fact that my grandmother's handwriting is on this!)

That is an awesome picture. So adorable. Old pics always seem so much more interesting than new pics. I love looking at them.

How wonderful to have such a great collection of old photos. They show personality, plus the style of the day. Dig that couch pattern!

I can't remember exactly, but I think mom said this photo was used for an ad of some sort. I'm sure she'll be along to comment soon...

Actually, Susie (and Sara), the fireplace photo was on the cover of the newspaper on Christmas Day. The lovely sofa one was on the Dawson Christmas card. And, WOW! I KNEW Molly looked a lot like me, but was surprised to notice how much Jack looked like Uncle Phil. How fun!
