Here's the truth.

I sometimes scramble for Fingerprint posts.

Trying to find the perfect picture.

But, lately, my mind and heart go back to Bella.

THIS family is what Fingerprint Friday is all about.

summer fun!

I don't have to tell you we've been busy this summer.

We went to Centennial Farm.



And Sea World.



And the Zoo (look at the swinging monkey!).




And the pool.




And rented a paddle boat.


And a few playdates.


Climbed a wall at Disneyland.


Watched World of Color.


And fed some ducks.


Mostly, we are just enjoying our days.


We love summer!

And the winner is...

I had to make this as fair as possible, so, naturally

I blogged about sweet Bella on her first birthday.

Since then, Bella and her family have "moved" to MN,

where she has started the bone marrow transplant procedure.

Big sister, Ali, was the donor.

Please, wrap this family in prayer, as the process is long...and there have been bumps along the way. If you are inspired, please visit their blog for updates, and leave comments for them to read. Tim says that the comments are their life lines, it gives them strength and encouragement, even from "strangers".

the 4th...and the 500th!

We celebrated the 4th at my mom and dads house. With my sister and her family traveling to Hong Kong, it was a quiet and low key day.
Happy 4th of July, everyone!

(I found that if you give your kids a big holiday themed cookie, you are more likely to get a decent picture!)

I am also celebrating the 500th!
